Tarrant County College is a public, comprehensive two-year institution serving Tarrant County in Texas. Approximately one in every 19 Tarrant County residents takes a class at TCC each year. Established in 1965, TCC provides its students with associate degrees in an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts in Teaching, Associate of Applied Science, in addition to certificates of completion and several continuing education programs. The college programs cover more than 80 technical and transfer areas.

TCC’s more than 44,000 students attend the school at its five campuses throughout Fort Worth, Arlington and Hurst. Its large enrollment makes it the sixth largest among Texas colleges and universities. This number does not include its more than 10,000 students enrolled in Distance Learning courses.
