Located in Dayton, Ohio, Carroll High School is a co-educational, private Catholic school located in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. In the past decade, Carroll’s graduating classes have had the highest percentage of students named National Merit Scholars of any other area high school, public or parochial. Founded in 1961, Carroll enrolls more than 960 students, making it the second largest co-educational, private school in Ohio. In addition, it has a student to teacher ratio of 15.3 to one. Carroll provides its students with numerous extra-curricular activities, in athletics, academic clubs, religious life experiences, community service opportunities, and social clubs. More than 98 percent of Carroll graduates go on to attend two-year and four-year colleges and universities.
