Southern Polytechnic State University selects Encompass
The functionality and streamlined processes with Encompass significant factors in partnership
August 30, 2011 – Overland Park, Kan – iModules Software adds Southern Polytechnic State University Advancement Office to its expanding client list. iModules will provide Encompass for Southern Polytechnic’s alumni web presence. With Encompass, Southern Polytechnic hopes to improve email communication, online giving, and event management.
The Southern Polytechnic Advancement Office promotes the growth, progress, and welfare of SPSU and its students and also serves as a link between the alumni and the University. The Southern Polytechnic Advancement Office provides its alumni with various programs, including alumni scholarships, homecoming events, graduation programs, networking events across the country, and more to engage constituents. With Encompass, the Advancement office will provide a new website design and functionality to help further achieve its goals.

The email marketing tool will help us to more effectively and efficiently produce our online newsletter,” said Pierrette Maillet, Associate Director Alumni Relations for Southern Polytechnic. “We look forward to developing our online community for better engagement opportunities for our alums.”
