iModules Software holds Sixth Annual Sizzler User Conference
August 2, 2012 — Overland Park, KS — iModules Software, the leading provider of online engagement software for educational institutions, held its annual Sizzler User Conference from July 22-25, 2012 with a record attendance of more than 400 clients. The conference provided a venue for peer networking and product education for iModules clients from around the world and celebrated a new strategic relationship between iModules and LinkedIn®.
iModules President, Fred Weiss, welcomed clients to the conference and set the tone for an exciting and memorable three days of peer and iModules presentations, idea exchanges, hands-on help and training sessions, and other activities supporting client success and growth. “This is my first Sizzler conference and I’m sold on the commitment of the iModules team to the success of each of our institutions,” said Beth Smith of Arkansas State University.
John Hill, Higher Education Evangelist at LinkedIn, delivered the conference keynote presentation to a packed house and ramped up support for a strategic relationship between iModules and LinkedIn. The LinkedIn integration will provide clients of iModules the opportunity to connect their iModules systems to LinkedIn for up-to-date data collection and is a significant benefit to career services and business networking. The integration will also allow users to log in to iModules-powered websites with their LinkedIn credentials, as well as integrate an institution’s official LinkedIn group with iModules systems.
Session speakers included clients from The University of Notre Dame; Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; Arizona State University; Michigan State University; and Temple University. iModules presentations included topics such as the LinkedIn and iModules integration, Volunteer Fundraising, Strategic Planning, and Responsive Website Design. Jason Peterson, iModules Chief Technology Officer, shared the iModules Product Roadmap with clients and explained, “this conference is our opportunity to get valuable client insight that shapes our solution.”
