University of Notre Dame Alumni Association launches more than 300 websites
The University of Notre Dame Alumni Association (NDAA) membership currently serves around 123,000 Fighting Irish alumni. Twenty-six years after the University of Notre Dame opened, NDAA was established in 1868 with only a few hundred graduates as members. The NDAA will be using Encompass to manage the Web presence and online communications of its more than 300 alumni clubs. The University of Notre Dame Alumni Association supports the interests of the University of Notre Dame.
The University of Notre Dame is an independent, national Catholic research university located in Notre Dame, Ind., approximately 90 miles east of Chicago. Notre Dame is revered for its high academic standards. Its admission is highly competitive, with five applicants for each freshman class position. The university is organized into four undergraduate colleges, 10 major research institutes, the University Library system, and more than 40 centers and special programs. The undergraduate program was ranked 20th among national universities in the most recent addition of U.S. News & World Report rankings.
