This week I have the pleasure of attending one of our 20+ regional Impact Groups (in Boston, my old stomping grounds, though I'll try not to gloat about the Yankees while I'm there). They're a forum in which clients get together to get updates about our activities, share tips and examples with each other, and, in some cases, have a bit of a workshop. These one-day meetings are hosted at customer campuses, which makes the environment a bit more collegial (pardon the pun).

A collaborative environment in which clients and iModules staff get to pick each other's brains. Real-time feedback and brainstorming. I like to think that this is one type of "constituent engagement" that we do, much like what our clients do with their constituents. After all, that's what we, collectively, are all about.
