November 5, 2012 – Overland Park, KS – The winners of the Kansas City Business Journal's ImpacT Awards were celebrated at an awards luncheon on November 5 at the Sheraton Overland Park. The Kansas City Business Journal recognizes people who use technology to improve the operations and profitability of their companies through the annual ImpacT Awards. Fred Weiss, president of iModules Software, served on the panel of judges to determine worthy winners.

The ImpacT Awards focus on the work of individuals who have used technology to help improve their organization's business through client interface, environmental, efficiency, top-line growth, and reducing expenses. Applicants were from a broad range of public and private organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit.

“It was inspiring to learn how these individuals are using technology to improve their organization. I was particularly struck by the diversity of initiatives and the remarkable projects that the applicants chose to highlight,” said Fred Weiss, president of iModules Software. “It was exciting to recognize these forward-thinking companies in our community here in the Kansas City area.”
