Overland Park, KS, and Chesapeake, VA – Monday, February 25, 2013 – iModules Software and Harris Connect announced today that they have entered into an agreement for iModules to acquire the assets of Harris Connect’s Internet Services line of business, solidifying iModules’ position as the leader in its market.
iModules is the leading Constituent Engagement Management (CEM) provider for educational institutions. The online platform transforms how institutions create relevant constituent experiences and achieve fundraising success. The transaction includes the ownership of the Harris Connect Internet Services technology and the support of more than 230 clients on the platform, as well as the hiring of a number of Harris Connect employees. This transaction enables the Harris Connect Internet Services clients to join the larger base of existing iModules clients for a combined client base of more than 800 organizations. Both sets of clients will benefit from an expanded CEM community for networking and knowledge sharing; iModules will leverage a greater base across which to continue investment in extending and enhancing the iModules platform.
