Current Job Opportunities Application Support Engineer
The Application Support Engineer will provide level 1 support to our existing production clients using iModules’ leading edge content, community and constituent management tools. This position will be a liaison between the Account Manager and the client, providing technical support directly to the client via phone and email. This position will also provide proactive, internal support to the Account Management team through reporting analytics and maintaining the product knowledge base.

The Product Manager, Mobile is responsible for managing and driving the iModules mobile engagement efforts with specific focus on the development and ownership of the company’s mobile application product offerings.
Senior Account Manager
The Senior Account Manager works within the Account Management team to cultivate relationships with clients to ensure they are maximizing results using Encompass from iModules software. They listen, build relationships, demonstrate the features and benefits, serve as the client advocate and are ultimately responsible for client success. The Senior Account Manager works with larger clients to establish relationships at the executive level to drive retention and add on sales.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer
The Quality Assurance Engineer provides an independent, objective view of software quality as evidenced through software testing and identification of software defects. This position is responsible for representing quality assurance throughout the entire development life cycle and for contributing to the improvement of quality assurance team processes including test plans and testing methodologies.
User Experience Developer
The User Experience Developer has responsibility for the users’ experience and interaction with the platform software including display, organization, styling and markup development based on collaboration with the product management, development and design teams.
