Alumni engagement and data integrity capabilities were key in partnership

September 1, 2010 – Overland Park, Kan. – iModules Software recently signed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alumni Association as a client. MITAA is transitioning most of its in-house technology to iModules’ Encompass for its online engagement and communication solution. This online solution will serve the Alumni Association and its subsidiary organization the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Encompass from iModules will provide an online solution for more than 122,000 alumni and 40 regional chapters in the MITAA, as well as more than 40,000 alumni and non-alumni members of 25 chapters in the MIT Enterprise Forum. With Encompass, institutions can increase efficiencies in data management leading to improved data integrity, accuracy, and security. When an institution has numerous alumni chapters and clubs, Encompass allows for data integration and a more holistic view of constituents with a centralized database. In addition, it allows each individual club or chapter to manage unique online marketing strategies while maintaining brand standards. Constituents such as alumni and volunteers have a seamless, state-of-the-art online experience while the institution realizes cost savings.

“MIT is a leader in technology and we are pleased to add the Alumni Association and the MIT Enterprise Forum to our rapidly growing client community,” iModules’ CEO Tom DeBacco said.
