Online member and alumni engagement capabilities were key in partnership

June 1, 2011 – Overland Park, Kan – iModules Software adds the University of Texas at Arlington to its expanding client list. iModules will provide Encompass for the University of Texas at Arlington Alumni Association and its constituent groups.

The UT Arlington Alumni Association serves its community through promoting and enhancing supportive, lasting relationships among students, alumni, and the University. The Association provides alumni events, regional chapters, networking programs, and more to engage constituents. With Encompass, it will provide a new website design and functionality to help the Association to further achieve its goals.

“With iModules, we hope and expect to increase membership, revenue, event attendance, chapter participation, and our social media presence,” said Zack Kulesz, Assistant Director for Membership and Marketing at UT Arlington. “We are confident that the move to iModules is going to help us reach all of these goals.”

Encompass will allow the UT Arlington Alumni Association to have different marketing initiatives on each of its websites, but share constituent data helping them maintain data integrity. The UT Arlington Alumni Association can manage and execute a unique online strategy for each alumni engagement effort with tools for website management, email marketing, online giving, event management, membership management, and social networking integration.

“We are excited about the opportunity to have an online community. We feel that with a more interactive website that our Alumni will become not only more involved with their Alumni Association, but with the University as a whole,” Kulesz said.

“Through our partnership and the advanced functionality of Encompass, the UT Arlington Alumni Association will provide its constituents with a superior online engagement experience,” iModules CEO Tom DeBacco said.
